    It only took him 15 years, but he did in the end and against two legends to boot, who were both at the peak of they're powers.
    Calzaghe was the proverbial road warrior!

    was going to say the EXACT same thing. If you SERIOUSLY scrutinize ANYONE's record looking for over-rating/overhyped, you will DEFINITELY find it.

    The very best fighters, P4P ranked ones can all be easily debunked down if over-scrutinized and questioned about their fight history.

    SO....... is the REALITY that every boxer is TRULY overhyped and over-rated, because you look at the fight history and its not filled up with the fighters you feel they ought to have fought?

    Or is it that you lost touch of reality and somehow manipulated yourself into thinking that you know better and should have been their promoter?

    Oh.... of course it couldnt be that!

    it's funny how carl froch walk around calling himself the wbc campion and a 2 time champion:lol::lol:

    how can he be wbc champion when mikkel kessler took his 0 and his belt:think

    he won a vacant title by beating a middleweight that just came off a loss then beat a 42yr old journeyman with 14 L

    carl froch won 2 vacant title:huh:huh

    He won joe calzaghe vacant title made 2 defences loss to mikkel kessler then won kessler's vacant title:patsch

    3. How can he be? Is it that hard to work out. Froch has openly stated Kessler is the champion emeritus for this belt and will be happy to fight him for it if Carl beats Ward.

    You know he'll only spout the same speel.
    He doesn't like Froch because he feels like his stealing some thunder from his hero, while totally ignoring the fact that Froch deserves respect regardless of what you think of him.:bart

    Froch is a true warrior, he will fight anywhere, unlike SOB Ward who has to have all his fights in his home town, with his personal referee and judges. Ward will use his head and get by with it, which is what he is planning.

    i gave carl froch the respect he deserves:patsch i said he is a very good fighter that beat 2 young undefeated contenders and 2 former middleweight champions but when he fought someone who was proven at his own weight he lost
