so ortiz contacted team mayweather and said he will test? let's face it, floyd chooses the right time to end his vacation and pick his opponent. he has all the right time in between the mosley fight until he surfaces again to find his urge to fight.

Let me know when ***** fights a legend like clottey, cotto, margarito, mosley or Marquez. Until then he's a cherry picker

    Exactly.

This is a good fight, especially when you consider the fact that Floyd is coming of a LONG layoff... who else is he gonna fight as a tuneup for a possible fight with Pac?

Not just fat Dan but Froch with no stake in the fight and others as well have said as much.:deal Just because your ******* butthurt ass thinks it's trash doesn't mean the fight is. This fight is better than Pac-mosley and Pac-JMM 3 period deal with it.:hi:

This fight is going to be painful to watch. Ortiz is going to get beaten down and schooled like a noobie sparring partner. Two entirely different leagues of talent.

You are the only one with an agenda. Which is why you keep flaunting that #2 ****. Because you know, once you look deeper, you see that him being #2 is more from default. There's no one left at 147. :patsch

And are you going to say "Young and hungry" every time you mention Ortiz? That kinda says YOU have an agenda when you have to SELL Ortiz to other posters.
    :patsch

What was it you used to say ALL THE ****IN TIME, "Who'd Margarito beat to deserve a fight w/ Floyd?" Remember that ****? So...now just beating Berto means Ortiz DESERVES Floyd in your inconsistent head? Margarito had more wins over Ring ranked WW's then ANYONE at the time, and that wasn't good enough. Do you remamber all that ****? Don't worry, I expect you to play dumb.

Listen Ortiz is the best available fighter at 147 with the exception of Pac so you can see why everyone is saying this is a good match up. Everyone that is except *******s and PBF haters like yourself. It's refreshing to see a good young fighter get a chance and not 38 and 39 year old guys but people like you can't put aside hate to see the bigger picture here. I've said all along I would like to see PBF fight Berto-Ortiz winner, Mike Jones or Bradley if the Pac fight couldn't be made. What's the ****ing problem?

So you want a young and hungry veteran who has fought all of the top quality?

Ortiz has very big fight experience and is coming off a tremendous win against Berto who was very well regarded going into the fight. This is absolutely a legitimate fight and there's no arguing any other way about it.

Ortiz is going to come in heavy for this fight and will try to push Floyd around like he did Berto. Floyd too experienced to let that happen as he can fight inside and Berto couldn't.

PBF fought Baldo the linear champ of the division then he fought Oscar and next Hatton all of which made more sense and were better fights than PBF-Margo at the time. Who is here that PBF can fight at 147 besides Pac that is better than Ortiz? I'll wait.
