Wald-Haye Fight Prediction

    This is my prediction on the Wald Haye Fight.

    I think both fighters can KO the other with a punch. Unlike others I do give Haye a chance at winning, I think this comes down to how Haye fights this fight. I think Haye needs to start being aggresive from the first round on. Will he and can he is another question. If Haye gets inside and gets Wald in trouble Haye very well could do it.

    Haye will have to take chances to get inside, Will he? I think the first few rounds Haye will potshot and try to keep distance from Wald. I think that may be a mistake for Haye if he does go that route. I think for Haye to be declared the winner he needs to try and take it to Wald and not late in the fight.

    I may be wrong, but, I think Haye will have stamina issues the longer the fight goes. Haye can not afford to try to last till the 12th and have a good round like the Valuev fight, that won't work for Haye this time. Broken hand excuse or any other, Haye can't wait till the 12th, he has to try to be explosive long before that.

    Wald on the other hand will be hitting Haye with Jabs, and Wald can hurt you with a jab. Wald can hit Haye without getting exposed, that's why I said Haye needs to get inside. Either fighter can win this fight.

    I think Wald will KO Haye within 6 rounds. I don't think Haye will make the start he needs to from the first round on, and I think the longer it goes the worse it becomes for Haye. I could be wrong, guess no one will know for sure untill fight night, but, I think Wald gets the KO in 6 or earlier.

    Thoughts?

    Really can't decide yet...

    I agree with your asessment all the way... but everytime I say that I think of Haye landing something and Wlad going into panic mode and getting KTFO.

    Wlad stops Haye late. He's in no hurry. Haye will come out with all guns blazing the first few rounds, Wlad will jab, hold and cover up. After round 4, Haye will have exhausted his resources and Wlad will proceed to beat him down. Haye's only hope is in the first 4 rounds of the fight. Wlad's conditioning is excellent; his defense is excellent. Haye has a difficult task ahead of him.

    I don't think Haye plans on going 12 rounds, he is cocky but he is not stupid. He has no chance winning on points and he knows it. So there is no way he will try to pull valuev. He will start aggressive early probably round 2. He will land some shots as wlad is backing away that pisses wlad off and he goes for jab right cross combo and knocks Haye down. Haye gets up and fight continues but wlad not going for a knock out. Next few round wlad just cautiously jabs Haye into pulp. Round 7 Wlad lands a good hook Haye is all over the place but the bell saves him. Jabfest until round 12 than wlad just finishes exhausted Haye with a nice righ hand.

    Vlad by very vicious knockout in a huge mismatch, but I am exciting to see the fight anyway. I think Haye will get hurt by Vlad's jab, then run like Hell, yet still get knocked out....................

    Haye may do that, but in 2 or 3, no chance in hell. I don't think Haye has the balls to come out blazing like he needs to. read my original post for my thoughts on that.
