Refuses to acknowledge testing is required for superfight.

Takes mayweather to court for derogarotry comments rather than prove, the courts he is clean with OSDT

Denies sportfans around the world Fight Of The Century

First of all: Must Watch, irrefutable evidence. Kill the resistance

Wait, "if the fight happens it happens" does that sound like someone who wants to fight mayweather?

wow so pacquiao should be stopped within the last two years and struggled for a draw to get a fight from floyd.

No judging by recent history, shows us mayweather needs to be stopped or on the end of a draw to get a fight with pac.

Shane - shut out loss and draw
Margarito - beaten like no one could imagine
Cotto - beaten by a relentless, possesed MexiCan with rocks
Hatton Beaten by a slick fighter, by a left hook and turnbuckle, and almiost KOd by a non punching lightweight (given a bogus and dnated break for a tie of his shoe lace when infact should have been something else)

Best of all, these events happened two years from the events.

It's just an ego and leverage thing. At the point where Mayweather and Pacquiao are in their respective careers, they don't feel like they should call out anyone because of their status.

Do you ever hear Mayweather call people out since the DLH bout ? He usually waits for others to do so...

Stop deflecting attention away from the point in hand.

Besides the evidence here is irrefutable, Pac has flat out refused testing, even after subsequuent bouts with a great platform to announce to every fan he is on it.

He has tried to deflect the attenton and change the convo.

    :think

i'm talking about ortiz. he was stopped by a crude boxer in maidana and was forced to a draw by peterson. he won a close fight against the most hyped welter of the last 2 years and suddenly he got a fight from floyd when he can fight pac anytime from the mosley fight until now.

yes he quit against Maidana im not disputin that, BUT he beat lamont easy and since then has won the wbc title, thus maioing himself relevant again.

The fighters who manny fought were fed to pac without given the chaqnce to redeem themselves, also facing a young fighter to a od shot washed up is another story.

first of all i agree with most of what you said about pacs opponents but hatton had his second best career performance against 'naggi.

also if you think ortiz won easily against peterson you dont know **** about baaxin, once lamont found his right hand and kept landing it at will ortiz was looking for a way out.
