I think another point is Khan Promotions contract with GBP let's Khan keep all UK revenue, so in Khan fights GBP let Khan Promotions deal with UK TV rights.

  4. Why are people saying Boxing is small time for Sky, name me one other Sport Box Office does 500,000+ PPV buys ?

Boxing is serious business and when they get a PPV star they make alot of money, why they invest so much time and money into Boxing.

Also if it's true Sky turned down the fight, why did they not offer PremierSports the fight ? instead of taking it PPV.

I find this to be complete bollocks.

    1) They showed Khan-Maidana and promoted the winner to fight the winner of Bradley-Alexander

    2) Sky showed Bradley-Alexander, with Khan as studio guest, with the pretence that Khan would fight the winner.

that suggests to me that they were going to show Khan-Bradley until the **** well and truly hit the fan when Khan's advisors decided to turn their back on Sky and go with Primetime because at the end of the day they wanted more £££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££

Even I know that. Anyone who actually thought he was serious about that, must be off their head.

I don't quite understand how they ****ed up the card. Team Hatton were set to help make the undercard.

What happens 1-2 weeks before the fight? Macklin pulls out - Takes shot with Felix Sturm instead. Rees pulls out with nose injury - Crolla off bill.

Now, how can you put TK at fault for them two pull-outs? They tried their absolute best at the end of the day. I mean, it's not like Khan Promotions has any fighters under their banner that they could have put in to replace now, could they? Of course not. They had no one.

If you want to criticise someone for the card, then criticise Golden Boy, who many described as pathetic as they could have most definitely revived the card, but did nothing.

So in saying that, I don't know how the '****ed up the card' in any way at all. All this them not paying the undercard fighters is all bull****, so really, you are well off with what you're saying.

To be honest, I think your personal feelings toward that fight, seeing as your man was McCloskey and how it went down, is that you're just a little bitter about the whole thing and that's why you're saying this, because you're well and truly wrong.

You can't blame Khan for the undercard falling apart, but you can blame him for not biting his tounge, accepting a SS3 spot where he'd be watched by a wider audience, rather than running to Primetime and potentially ruining a relationship with the people here who could pay him the most.

It could be burnt bridges, who knows. Maybe TK asked a for high fee if it's on SS1, SS2 or SS3, but once again, we don't know.

If they're not going to accept Bradley or Judah, then who would they accept?

I personally think TK should just right an apology letter to Sky (if they have burnt bridges) about the whole thing.

Fact of the matter is, Amir just needs to get back on Sky and TK need to make the first move.

No way, Sky advertised the **** outta' Haye v Audley, made people actually believe Audley could do it.

I've never seen Primetime actually advertise a fight

Sky's bridges are never burnt, if they can make money form Khan he will be invited back.

The undercard was arranged by Hatton Promotions but hey, don't let the truth get in way of a nice bit of fiction..... So, if fighting unification world-title fights is not PPV worthy, what is then? Any FW promotion? We're no longer discussing just boxing here :deal
The only thing I do agree with though is that Team Khan should stick to the taxi-driving business:good

What other sports do Sky show on PPV though? It's only boxing and that WWE **** isn't it.
