Who is asking for this test? - Floyd Mayweather

Does Floyd Mayweather run boxing? - No

Is Floyd mayweather a part of the commision? - No

Does the Nevada boxing commision already have testing procedures in place? Yes

So why should Manny take any additional tests?

The answer is as easy as 1+1=2 but some will argue and spin it to make the answer 1+1= 41-0

It's a really lame argument. You could say the same thing about Pac asking for 8 oz gloves or a 10 million dollar penalty for going above weight. But Mayweather accepted those Pac terms... supposedly.

if he didn't sign the contract, he didn't agree.

    bottom line.

the fight's not getting made. instead you're getting some mexican imitation that's a substitute for manny pacquiao.

why should pac take the tests and get rid of his advantage?

why is floyd so ***** to fight pac on roids? jmm did it, morales did it, cotto and margo did it.

why does floyd want to fight a weaker, shitter version of pac?

pussyness runs in floyds family, his father used to suck **** for crack.

Same questions answered over and over. The commission allows fighters to ask for extra testing. Just like they allow fighters to negotiate the glove size. Just like they allow fighters to negotiate the weight they will fight at. Just like they allow fighters to negotiate contracts with there own penalties and fines. Pretty much anything that does not directly break the rules of the commission. Mayweather does not run boxing, but he does runs himself. He is allowed to ask for extra testing for himself and his opponent in order for him and his opponent to fight in the ring, and the opponent is allowed to disagree with the testing and not fight. Those are all within the rules of the commission.

Pac's camp should do what they are telling Mayweather to do and get the commission to change the rules about being able to negotiate freely.

What Pac's camp means to say is that they want to go by the minimal requirements for testing and feel that the minimal requirements are good enough. But in a fight of this magnitude why not take additional testing? The stakes are higher in this fight then most others. And the price of the testing will be easily covered.

There is nothing about the procedure of OSDT that is unreasonable oR unfair for the boxers. So OSDT shouldn't even be an issue. The only somewhat reasonable issue for Manny not taking the test is due to members of the Mayweather family openly accusing Pac of Peds. But again there is nothing about the procedure or OSDT that is againts the rules, or unfair, or unreasonable.

You realize that your ******ed avatar picture insinuates that everyone Floyd has ever fought is a bum right?

So you believe Floyd has only fought bums? Who have no past achievements or credibility ?

I guess you wouldn't really understand something like that, it's just above the level of basic human comprehension.

Wow, when confronted, When asked are you willing to agree to the test and fight Mayweather, Manny out right said, NO, he danced around the entire issue, when asked if he would fight Mayweather saying Manny Pacquiao will fight anybody from 150 and below...

This is getting interesting, alot of newer footage there, which clearly shows that they will not take the test, I have a feeling that team pacquiao does not really want to find out who the best really is, I think they are content where they are at today, if the world beleives your the best, why should you have to go out there and prove it? your making a good enough living off of what your selling...
