I found this as a nice read. Maybe it'll change a few people's mind on drug testing.

    http://www.fightsaga.com/news/item/712
    some quotes

"There was a prior hint of this defeatist attitude a few weeks earlier when Marc Ratner, the executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, called to tell me that Tyson would not fight Evander, unless he took a steroid test."

According to the Baltimore Sun, Riddick Bowe also requested Andrew Golota to partake in advanced drug testing as a condition for their rematch in 1996. Bowe was being thoroughly beaten before being declared the winner via disqualification in the seventh.

More recently in 2008, according to ESPN.com, Zab Judah wanted Sugar Shane Mosley to agree to blood testing before their non-title welterweight fight which had been scheduled for May 31 in Las Vegas. However, the fight never happened because Golden Boy CEO, Richard Schaeffer, refused the Olympic-style drug testing requested by the Judah camp, and stated, "Whatever tests they [the Nevada State Athletic Commission] want them to take, Shane will submit to that. We are not going to do other tests than the Nevada commission requires. The fact is Shane is not a cheater and he does not need to be treated like one."

It's not about drug stipulations. Floyd straight up doesn't want to fight Pacquiao. Testing or no testing. He's got an excuse and he's running with it.

"We've seen the benefits of PEDs in weightlifting, football, track and baseball. But what about boxing? How much can PEDs help a fighter anyway? If Mayweather is so much better than Pacquiao, he should be able to beat Pac Man on or off PEDs the same way De La Hoya beat Vargas."

They forgot to mention Shane Mosley here. When he admitted to using PEDs, it was during the time he was on a losing streak which included a questionable win over De La Hoya in the rematch.

One only has to look at
    This content is protected
. This OSDT is just a part of his plan to get out of this fight.
    ..............
Floyd called out Winky, Winky agreed.

Floyd then asked that in their contract, there should be a rehydration clause/limit for Winky. Winky agreed.

Floyd then wanted to change the 50-50 deal to 55-45.

Winky's team realized that Floyd was never serious in doing that risky fight. If Winky's team would agree to the change in purse split, you just knew that Floyd would again request for something else, like what he's doing now.

Floyd works on perception, probably knowing his fans are dumb as stumps.

He makes it look like he's interested, but allows some **** to kill a fight. WInkly is a prime example. Look at how he finally 'offered' Margarito a fight two weeks before a fight of his own. Or how he said to offer JMM step aside money, and he'll fight Pac. Or he takes on a fighter who looks dangerous on paper, then goes with that. Ortiz anfd JMM prime examples. During the build up to JMM vs. Floyd, JMM's team was barred from disucssing the weight. Which is why they ALWAYS mentioned JMM as the #2 P4P fighter, rather then calling him a LW moving to WW. And now with Oriz...he's YOUNG and HUNGRY!! Expect to see those words used over and over and over....

    Are you dumb????

They were asking for a tests, not a Olympic style protocol.

Gayweather was not asking for a specific tests foir any substance but rather to adopt a protocol - the WADA or olympic protocol of 24/7 365 days protocol (modified though to include the training period only).

You are mistaking one off test as Olympic style testing and that proves your imbecilic mind.
