“That’s good,” Pac-Man told reporters as quoted by The Manila Bulletin. “Ortiz is a southpaw like me so I think Mayweather is preparing. If he gets past Ortiz [then we can fight.]”

LOL, gotta love the way he frames it. It's as if Floyd has to *earn* the right to fight him.

Did he say he was willing to sign a contract that agrees to random testing?

He said yes to that months ago that he would with a 7 day cutoff after Floyd said 14, but Floyd lost his urge and went on a 16 month vacation instead.

Don't get me wrong. It's not as if we should take it too seriously, but he's making it sound like Mayweather's career now revolves around him. Of course, the truth is they're probably both thinking about each other with equal focus.

If pac beats the winner of floyd/ortiz and then any semi decent opponent (bradley, cintron, williams, khan) he's breaking my top 15 list.

Sorry but Pacman is the man at WW now.

    Ortiz on Pacman? Really now...

    Floyd must call him out.

That's because Pac is the P4P king and face of boxing. As he says, he doesn't need Floyd to make his legacy as it's already set, Floyd needs him. Floyd may be the slight PPV favorite in the US, but that number doesn't even include 95 million Filipinos. Floyd, the American, only averges slightly higher than Manny (a foreigner) in PPV, but Manny is above Floyd in total PPV numbers.

Except emmanuel eats Floyd's leftovers out of a doggy bag and lags behind Floyd when it comes to PPVs. He even wants to fight Marquez ONLY AFTER Floyd convincingly beat him first.

emmanuel can be a lil more like Floyd if his AZZ goes for a suntan and gets darker.

If Manny is clean then why won't he take the test. Yes I know that the boxing commissions don't demand olympic testing but if he is clean and want's to fight, you'd think Manny would just take the tests?
