    Round 4

Suleymanov is looking to jab and uppercut his way in, and doing an OK job of it. Avalos is blocking the jabs but getting roughed up by the uppercuts in close. Avalos pushes him off with some straight shots upstairs and uppercuts to the body himself. Suleymanov is landing lots of uppercuts, but not hurting Avalos. Hooks to the body by Suleymanov. They jab together, Avalos knocked off balance a little. Hard clinch, both gripping tight and wrestling back across the ring until Moret calls for a break. Hard exchange as Suleymanov is bouncing and leaning. Shoeshine to the body by Suleymanov.

    10-9 Suleymanov

A point deduction negates the 10 in the 10 point must system.

Kayode could be one of the dumbest fighters in the game.

Ten point must has nothing to do with point deductions.

It's a fallacy that "ten point must" means that one boxer must have ten points 100% of the time without exception.

Under ordinary circumstances, the winner must get ten points. Not when he has one or more points deducted for fouls.

    Round 5

Avalos is landing some clubbing shots and has Suleymanov in trouble, bouncing around the ring and looking to spoil. Suleymanov running, rolling and grabbing. Suleymanov is also getting some uppercuts and hard straight rights in between all his spoiling tactics. Avalos' output quiets down from the onslaught in the first minute as he tries to get back to a less awkward rhythm. Suleymanov shoves, ducks and slips, taps the body, thrusts his forearm out, springs backward off his toes, and just generally does everything he can to frustrate Avalos. Suleymanov is landing on the way in but is finding a steady crisp jab waiting for him when he swerves back outside.

10-9 Avalos, although mostly just on the strength of the first minute

I agree. Very mediocre fighter IMO. I don't understand the hype.

Is anyone else thinking Avalos should have gotten the KO a long time ago?

This Russian keeps lunging in asking for a huge shot and Avalos just cant do it.
