Fan of both and I'll have to go with Haye here, Haye by late TKO.

I don't think Wald want's to take this fight into the later rounds. Haye needs to come out with all guns blazing or he will not win.

Can't see Haye winning this one. Wlad has the edge in nearly every single area that counts. He's so much bigger than Haye, but unlike others, he knows how to use his size better than any other big man out there (aside from Vitali). Haye will have problems getting any meaningful offense going, while Wlad will be able to engage on his terms whenever he feels like it.

Haye has to be given credit for having the balls to compete in such a mismatch. I just have a gut feeling he gets stopped inside the distance with either a left hook or straight right hand starting the damage. Haye's stamina is a liability, as well as his tendency to throw and end up off balance. Wlad can capitalize on both things as he racks up points with his jab.

Wlad will win this one and take minimal damage in the process.

Probably not, but there must be a reason for that.

i dont think the 'fight' will even be competitive to tell ya the truth. would be a bigger upset than tyson douglas, but does lightning ever strike twice in history?

I think the only way Wlad really panics is if Haye does it early like the original poster said. If David comes out and lands something crazy in the first 3 rounds while being aggressive I could see this getting interesting. But even if Haye lands something later on (unless its a 1 punch KO) I don't see Wlad panicing if he's already controlled the fight for 6, 7, 8 rounds. Haye needs to start and start fast. I can't remember the last time someone beat either Klit in round 1. Wlad needs to go back to his corner after round 1 thinking "dude is crazy and im down 10-9 on all 3 scorecards" or this is sadly I think going to be another boring 1 sided Klit jab beatdown.

To me with the Klit's it always just goes back to the size. Every fight breakdown starts with the opponent having to get inside to land anything and how the Klit can just stay back and jab. If Haye was 6'7 like Wlad with the talent he has then we're talking a fight. But like past Klit challengers I just don't see Haye overcoming the height and reach advantage.
