Its either Haye in about 2 / 3 rounds , or Wlad late.

    I go for Wlad late.

Here's my prediction. Wlad UD12; let's hope with a knockdown or two on both sides but I fear Haye will be in more trouble if hit by Wlad than vice versa.

I pretty much agree with the OP and this post. It is and will always be the size problem. Both Klits, especially Wlad, know just how to use there size, reach and strength advantage. To beat them you really have to be special, eg skills wise or athletic wise. Now i don't think Haye is quite the most skillful boxer out there, but he does posses some good speed and power. Will he be able to penetrate that defense and will he gas after 4 or 5? If he can do both and then he'll win by TKO. Otherwise the usual Wlad jabfest will ensue..

He will. He has shown in numerous interviews that he understands that his only chance at victory is to blitz Wlad early. He will do it, and he will win the fight by KO. Wlad has too much height and reach to be competitive when Haye gets inside.

And Haye will get inside, because he's faster than Wlad.

WK by a wide UD in a rather boring affair (118-110), unless David elects to quit in his corner, which could occur anytime from Round 7 onwards. That is, barring a freak incident, such as a cut.

David's punch output will be horrifically low, WK's only mediocre.

It all depends on how much courage Haye decides to fight with. If he puts on his track shoes like he did against Valuev then he will last a few rounds. But if he steps to Wlad right from the beginning then he will probably go out in one!

I predict CHEF will shake hands with Haye after the fight, but with his other hand splat a pizza in his face to steal the EVT win from Wlad

This is where it all comes down to, will Haye start fast, my opinion is No. But him and Adam Booth claim to have the perfect gameplan, and I cant imagine it being anything apart from an early ko.
Personally I dont think Haye will come rushing in, and funnily enough will sort of take the Audley Harrison appoach, which will eventually get him knocked out or lose by a decision.

It's either Wlad with a late stoppage or points win. Or Haye with a 6/7 round stoppage.

    60%-40% in Wlad's favour.

Why? Because that's what Wlad always does and I see no reason why this fight will be any exception. Keep Haye on the end of the jab and if Haye's suitably tired by the last few rounds, he'll force the stoppage.

Haye will start cautious to feel out Wlad's power/speed, find his range and land a few jabs. By round four he'll be comfortable enough to start getting inside at every opportunity and throwing Hayemakers. It'll be a tough job but he stands a good chance.

Anyone who says this is a mismatch is mad. Haye has shown absolutely no signs of being any less capable than any of Wlad previous opponents. If anything, it's the opposite.

    4 Possibilities

Wlad wear down with the jab late KO

Haye gets off the right early stuns Wlad and doesnt let up and gets an early stoppage

Haye does the Valuev strategy though I think Wlad has a better jab and is way faster than Valuev

    It turns into Ibragimov

Wlad eats a right or almost eats a right, Wlad takes no risks jabs away stays out of range Haye who has not jab no body attack just a wild right hand and poor footwork has no ability to get to Wlad

Wlad has such a superior jab like the Ibragimov fight that he can win rounds on it alone never putting himself in danger and winning a snoozer
