DeGale did win this fight, is much the better Boxer and will have a much bigger & longer career than Groves, THAT we are SURE of. How far he goes depends on how long Jim carries on crippling his career.

Oh please, forget the hatred for W*rren, DeGale & Jim, and HONESTLY ask yourself, did you really have Groves the winner.......

Or was it infact a case of you hving the fight so close, the hatred for DeGale meant you thought Groves won ? I backed Groves with my money, and deep down i felt he lost, but like most happy he won. But if i had a choice to own a piece of either fighter, i would choose Degale.

 

How much you betting that DeGal gets an easy route to the WBO which is then pretty much given to him while Groves is going the hard way and slugging away still away from a genuine title shot thus leaving DeGale to start spouting his mouth off that Groves should have taken the rematch when it was offered and now Groves needs to impress and earn his shot and that the fight would be pointless because DeGale has improved and would win easy.

 

Indeed. MAYBE at a considerable push he'll be European class, but that's a long shot at the moment. It's impossible to seriously conceive of him as a world class operator unless he drastically improves. Your mentality is harder than anything to work on though.

i dont hate James Degale, he was a pleb in the build up but ive met him before and he was sound, just a shame how he's reacted after the fight:-(

 

He has reacted like all Sport stars with talent do, I.E ignoring the haters & negative opinions and still believing in himself. The only people who take losing well are losers who are used to losing and know their own limit.
