    I think the standard is the classic Jack Roper's "I zigged, when I should of zagged" reasoning of his defeat against Louis.

    I quite like Greg Haugen's comeback post Chavez fight, when he is reminded of his infamous 'Chavez has only beaten Tijuana Taxi drivers' quote:

    "They were TOUGH Taxi drivers!"
