Are some of you ******ed ? Why would anyone want to see Chavez Jr in with Martinez right now ? He gets murdered by Marivilla ..Im sure Jr would fight him based on pride but thats not the smartest move just yet !

No, he is not ready for Martinez, I realize this. But he is holding Martinez's belt.

The honorable thing to do is give it back. :D

He's not a green fighter, he already had lot's of pro fights already, he just sucks and will never get better at all. People just want hypejobs like him to gtfo.

This is such bulslht, I've been hearing the excuse that Chavez isn't ready for like 3 years now, the guy will never be ready and Bob will just milk every cent he can out of him.

The guy is already a "world champion", if he wasn't ready then why the fuk would he go for that tile in the first place?

For the same reason *******s would defend Pacquiao having Marquez fight him at 144 lbs instead of 140 lbs.:deal

Well he wasn't and he still isn't.

Do you see him beating Martinez if they fight now? I don't.

Has Chavez himself ever stated he does not wish to fight anyone? I can't recall him saying that.

So to be honest, maybe Martinez should be lobbying to fight Felix Sturm? Sturm has been around for years and years, and would enhance Martinez' resume if they fought now.

I also get the feeling Martinez isn't an idiot. He will let the Chavez cash cow grow and fight him when the money is at its optimum. Why destroy an inexperienced, growing Chavez now and get little credit when you can wait and milk it yourself?

Chavez Jr. stated he would have no problems fighting Martinez or whoever they put in front of him.

    Ignorant thread.
