    Round 3:
Chris looking like having a little more success this round. He was straight out of the blocks as always and Paul looked to take a while to get going. Paul is having a little success with the short left hook up close but Chris' busier work is better for me. Chris is starting to move his head a little better now as well.
    29-28 Paul Ed

This is where inexperienced scorers make mistakes.

"Oh, that round was a bit closer. I reckon I'll give it to Chris".

    NO. :nono

If one boxer clearly wins a few rounds, and then wins one still fairly clearly but not by as large a margin...you stay the course and keep giving him the rounds. Don't succumb to the urge to overcompensate in the other direction just because someone is "losing better".

Each three minute round is its own little mini-fight in a vacuum and should not be viewed in context with the previous rounds. Judging should never take into account things like "momentum".

To be fair IB, it was a close round. I gave it to Paul Edwards myself and I know what you're saying but I think it was a close one.

    Round 4:
Paul starting to time Chris as he was in the first 2 rounds again. He's landing the better shots which are keeping Chris off... momentarily. Still the same blueprint of the fight. Chris constantly coming forward, pressuring with Paul looking for openings on the back foot.
    39-37 Paul.
