There you go again, Bazooka. Stick to the subject of your thread. Your proposition is that NSAC allows Manny a clear pass to violate their rule by stating that the requirement for glove size is 10oz.... your first and opening post. By the 2nd response alone, that of Eze's, your proposition has been refutted already and thus you were proven wrong.

The NSAC allows both contesting parties to negotiate between the use of 8 to 10 oz. gloves. The lack of an agreement will result to the use of the default size which is 10 oz. This have been backed up by articles and by a document from the NSAC itself (posted by dissenting respondents). Given that, did NSAC allowed Manny to violate their rules? Yes or no?

The answer is obvious, yet despite of that, you don't want to stand corrected. Instead, you resort in changing the topic and worse, have the audacity to tell those who proved you wrong to learn how to stick to the thread topic. Well, look who's talking.

I won't be surprised if you gonna answer me that this is your thread, that it's a boxing thing and you'll say and do how you see it. You said that before, and you'll say it again. That's your M.O. and it's pathetic.

Bazooka has only further exposed himself as nothing more than a hater . He has zero credibility on any topic relating to PAC.

Only someone as foolish as him would be unwilling to simply admit when he's wrong.

Berto vs Collazo was not in Nevada, and was fought with 8oz gloves. Berto vs Ortiz was fought with 8oz gloves as well. RARELY do welterweights choose to use 10oz pillows.

But do they though? Seriously does fighter B have a chance at even negotiating glove size? No they ****ing dont, its either take the deal or no fight, so that isnt exactly following the rules neither, the rules state both sides have a right to negotiate...

Now the reason team pac can tell fighter B to **** off, is simple, They are not and have not made any type of mandotory defense, if they were in that position Manny would either get stripped, or end up having to use 10 ounce gloves....

You wouldnt exactly be able to tell a mandotory challenger, its 8 ounces or no fight....

Cries at marquez? Sorry but in both cases, I beleive Marquez was called out to move up, and honestly its pathetic knowing what we know after Mayweather Marquez, that Manny would actually seriously consider a third fight with Marquez at that same weight...

You do realize, that the ring title is not a legit title dont you? Honestly its the worse of all of the titles out there based on the reality that Ring will never force their Champ to face their #1 or #2 contendor.
in other words the Ring title suits a cherry picker.....
Again where did Manny win a world title at featherweight,? he did not, and I dont give a **** what anybody wrote or what their opinions are in the matter, if you aint won the WBC, WBA,WBO or the IBF title you havent won a title end of story

Pacquiao moved up based on his choices along with his managers choices, However Pacquiao asking Marquez to fight him at 144 is just out right pathetic and ***** like....

I said the same **** when Mayweather pulled this move so dont even think to play that card...
When is the last time Manny made a title defense? when is the last time he unified? when is the last time he fought for a world title with out needing a catch weight clause?

The NSAC allows both parties to negotiate. That's the choice both teams are given to exercise. One choose to exercise that, the other choose not to. Are you to blame one the that did and accuse them of "violating" the rule? Then again, what rule did they violate in the first place in doing so, as you claim?

Mandatory defense? Now it's Pacquiao's fault that the various boxing associations aren't giving him mandatory defense of his titles?

You mention, "You wouldnt exactly be able to tell a mandotory challenger, its 8 ounces or no fight...." As stupendous as it may be, of course one can put that in the negotiation table... they just have to face the consequence that they'll be stripped of the title. Now if the boxing association allows such clause be entertained in the negotiation table, then your proposition has a case. But such instance remains to be seen, in Pacquiao's case, to say the least (as far as I know).

So, for the lack of such precedent, and given the current rules that allow parties to negotiate the glove size between 8 oz and 10 oz, is the NSAC allowing Manny a clear pass to violate their own rule... Yes or no?

I don't know about Pac breaking the rules. But one of the points he is dead accurate about is the fact that Pac's camp talk about how they should follow the default rules for testing. Yet they went away from following the default rules for glove size and weight limits.

They are being hypocrites. They have no problem looking to deviate from the default rules when it came to glove size and catch weights, but cry foul when someone chooses to deviate from the default rules of blood testing.
