Thats quite impressive, even though i think the "Speed Bag" is totally pointless.

But anyway, Bernard Hopkins is one of the shittiest boxers on the speed bag........"That i have seen"

Hit a speed bag for a few minutes, and you will see why it isn't pointless. It's a display of hand-eye coordination, rhythm, and timing... as well as GREAT conditioning.

 

Wlad really looks lighter in that video. I honestly have no idea what to make of it.

 

he is abnormally fast and well co ordinated for his size.

I have a feeling that wlad trains and spars better than he fights,he isnt a "warrior",and i bet the nerves and the big fight occasions stop him from doing stuff in fights that he does all the time in the gym and in sparring.

Steward talks about wlad not fulfiling his potential and being a little to safe sometimes.

thats what annoys me about him,he could be so much more entertaining if only he pushed harder to put in more fan friendly performances and do the sport some justice.
