Ricans aren't tough enough compared to Mexicans. The only reason PR is a 1st world country is because they are being carried by the United States.

Mexico was a 3rd world country and is now a developing country because of hard work and dedication.

Who doesnt receive help by the U.S? There are plenty of nations who receive a great amount of support by the U.S., just look at the billions of dollars the U.S. has given just in military help to countries like Lybia and Iraq and Eypt and the list goes on. Even Mexico receives millions of dollars and tons of more modern weapons and technology just to fight drugs and cartels. Many Latin American countries also receive help and Asian countries as well. You are talking very dumb:deal
