Will Haye rush Wladimir like Hagler did to Hearns?

I mean obviously this is a rash approach, but I do think it could be Haye's best chance of winning. If a guy Haye's size stands on the outside, the likelihood is he'll be jabbed and one-two'd into submission like all Klitschko opponents are.

But we know Wlad has a weak chin and possibly a weak mentality as well. If Haye comes out with ferocity, throwing bombs and looking for the earliest finish possible, it's not inconceivable this fight could resemble Wlad-Sanders or Wlad-Brewster.

Of course the risk is that Wlad will catch Haye on the way in and knock him out, or that David will fail to get the KO, gas, and then get picked apart and stopped.

Will Team Haye take this risk a la Hagler, or will they go for a more measured, pot-shotting approach? :bbb

would be awesome if he just went for it because either he would knock wlad out and cause a sensation or wlad counters him big time and its a 1 shot KO. either way would be the best thing to happen to the sport for publicity purposes for a long time

No. it's not his style, he'll only go all out if he is desperate and even then it's doubtful, he simply isn't the kind of fighter that can take it to the trenches when things get rough. He will be patient and look to counter and rely on his one shot power to bale him out.

I disagree. It's totally inconceivable for Haye to take that punishment and keep coming.

there is a risk of rashing ,haye can underestimates wlads defense, after lack of stamina wlad can then counter attack

there is a chance of wlad catching haye with a good counter as haye throws those haymakers after a round or 2 of haymakers he gets tired and countered

You realize that those two fights played out completely differently?

Sanders didn't take a single punch himself while Brewster took extreme levels of punishment as Wlad threw the kitchen sink at Brewster but his chin saved him.

If Wlad landed only half the power punches he landed on Brewster then Haye would fly through the ring ropes straight back into the locker room.

Brewster was fast too with Power on every Hayemaker...

If Waldo lands what he landed against Brewster in the first fight...

Haye will R.I.P. or spend weeks in the hospital
