"Well I wouldn’t think he would fight Pacquiao right after fighting Victor Ortiz. I mean it would be crazy for Floyd to go in the ring with Pacquiao after fighting Victor Ortiz! Floyd needs fights. He needs to be active. Don’t get me wrong, Floyd is the greatest fighter out there, period. Right now in today’s boxing Floyd is the greatest fighter out there. But at the same time I don’t think that Floyd can do this. Floyd needs tune-ups like anybody else"

With this comments from Roger, it's now obvious Floyd will retire again after the fight then fight another tune-up with some hopeless guy perhaps Bradley make gazillion amount of money then retire again. Still *****S will say their hero is preparing for Pac but the truth of the matter is, Floyd will milk his fans and avoid Pac at the same time :deal:deal:deal

If Roger did say that then maybe he sees something in Floyd that makes him think he needs some tune ups. I don't see why it would be that crazy for him to have another fight after Ortiz before he fight Pac.

Highly doubtful, if he saw some rust in Floyd, he wouldnt be telling the world.

If Floyd beats Ortiz and fights another guy I wouldn't mine as long as that guy was some what of a threat. I wouldn't be surprise if they try to go after Saul Alverez for another big pay day before facing Pac.

it would be crazy especially after he dominates ortiz which he would likely do since these would be an easy fight for floyd. the purpose of the tune-up is to get ready for pacquiao by taking off the ring rust and not for him to wait for pacquiao to slow down or get more damage. if floyd gets another tune-up after ortiz, it would go to the 3rd year already that he is avoiding a clash with pacquiao.

from a green ortiz to a much greener alvarez. floyd might be overdoing this fighting some young lions stuff who lacks big-time fight experience. it's time to fight an old lion who is the king of the boxing pride in pacquiao.
