[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1h-hmcnlmrQ[/ame] One of the most brutal and devastating knockouts I've ever seen in professional boxing.... And it came from Ann Wolfe.
i agree, boxed ears. but i'd go further... holmes is the most complete heavyweight that there has been.
If by head to head matching we mean who would win more fights out of 10 between two given fighters, I'm not sure if Ali belongs to top 10 heavyweights.
Same for Tua on a 15 rounder or maybe even 12 , after Ali gets tired , he eats the bomb ! George Foreman would have shown the world whose tha daddy in the heavyweight division had it not for the intentionally loosened ropes and the heat. He would have caught with Jimmy Young as well on a colder day. Foreman could destroy Larry Holmes . Under fair refereeing , Nick Wells and Duane Bobbick stood a realistic chance at beating Holmes. James Toney would have caught Roid Jones if he wasn't so drained. Jones won Hopkins #2 with a body punch KO. A cut proof Henry Cooper could beat Ali. Doug Jones deserved a rematch , and Chuvalo a rubbermatch. Joe Louis would have been KOd by Tua . Corrie Sanders was the #1 combination puncher p4p.
Jimmy Young would have beaten George Foreman again, and just as easily, no matter where they fought, or how comfortable the temperature would have been for big George...my man Jimmy Young just had Foreman's number, that's all.
I have to say, I lol'd at frankenfrank saying that Tua would beat Ali on a good day. That's some funny **** right there.
Riddick Bowes ability is over exaggerated in a transparant attempt to inflate the achievements of Evander Holyfield...
