    Being that there is no independent authority over the testing and
    Floyd chose that specific company headed by Tygart who has a relationship with Oscar of GBP it does not feel legitimate.

    A fighter hiring a company to administer the test has to give him knowledge of certain things he should not be privy to.

    if that is the case team pacquiao should have the right to negotiate on a different group to conduct the testing.. I dont see why that would be a problem, however we know with Ortiz, Victor is not going to argue over who does the testing...

    if I were in Mannys shoes, and I agreed to the testing I would request that it be conducted by an outside source that the commisson selects... this way should anything happen it falls on the commisson and not either fighter.

    He is an overrated handpicked opponent but he is young and throws enough power punches to derail the older inactive Floyd.

    We all know what would happen if he faced Manny but Ortiz will take care of business. Top Rank will be happy they can then have Ortiz face Pacquiao and Manny will retire him.

    Being out of the ring for so long and getting older don't help any fighter.
    Regardless win or lose it has to end in the 4th round.
    I will be Ortiz and Floyd both by 4th Round KO.

    yeah definitely, I dont think ortiz will give his belt up easily as well. especially the first 5/6 rounds he will be very dangerous for floyd.

    Didn't Arum suggest Pac be tested by the guys who do the testing for the NBA, WADA I think they're called, only for Mayweather to insist on USADA?
