Amin Asikainen not much worse than Ingo. Asikainen was definitely good Fighter. And Ingo was product of Weak division. Today Ingo would not be ****. he would be journeyman Cruiser today.:deal:lol:
H2H guy like Helenius would walk Both Ingo and Patterson down and beat them like under sized ***** they were. it just depends you count Helenius as finnish MAN or swedish *** boy:yep

Anyways man Ingo was, what half century ago? Today feminine Swedens cant have Pro boxing more than 4 rounds.

You're falling apart, my great grandfather actually fought in that war and helped you fins. You ungrateful *******.

Any good athlete you manage to throw up, is somehow Swedish, it's the story of Finland. And you needed swedes to defend from a severely handicapped soviet force.

Really? Based on what. Maybe Peter has a lot of brute power, but it's all clubbing slow punches you see a mile away. Haye is much sharper and accurate of a puncher. I don't see how you can say something like this and know it anyway.

He is nowhere near as explosive though.

Helenius somehow makes the impression of white Audley Harrison version but somehow keeps winning against decent competition.
Hes a decent counter puncher though
He would instinctively punch back when Haye tries to get to him. Haye is only dangerous with his first lunging punch. fair chance Helenius puts Haye to sleep imo

Helenius has still yet to convince me he belongs in a list of the Top 10 current heavyweights. Yes he beat Peter but wasn't Peter doing very well up to that point and he was still waaaaay overweight. Oloukun gave Helenius some minor problems too, and a win over a shot Brewster means nothing.

Haye would beat this fool, as would the Klitschko's. Chambers would most likely box rings round Helenius, Povetkin would easily outwork him too.

Helenius needs to step it up, maybe take on Dimitrenko next for the Euro belt which I see as an almost 50/50 fight.

He started out as light heavy, and was a journeyman by the time Haye fought him. So no, you join the other jerk off in ignornace.

I know little of the sport outside of the Kiits? I know enough to know that Helenius' record after 15 figths is much better than was Haye's, as I have carefully deliniated, something you and the other Hayelord can't figure out, so don't try to sell yourself as something that you are not.

    Re: Robert Helenius's potential?

Helenius has good power in both hands and a great defense. That's a good combination of skills to have.

He enjoys his work. He's focused and relaxed. Takes his time, has patience. Seems good humoured, listens to his corner.

Good counter puncher. He will counter and fight right through his opponent's most vicious attack. Doesn't flinch. Doesn't blink. Counters with real power.

Good jab. Good body puncher. Maybe a great body puncher.

Chin? Nobody knows. He hasn't really been hit yet, or at least it doesn't seem like it. I thought Peter might have hit him hard a few times, hard to tell. But it didn't seem to hurt him (except that one punch to the balls, I'll bet that hurt).

I think one of his major assets is his defense. Quick reactions, blocks most punches with his arms and gloves. He's able to back away to escape punches. He seems to have the natural ability to slip punches and counter immediately. Good counter puncher. Stays focused. Doesn't blink.

Helenius doesn't look much like an athlete, doesn't have a body beautiful, but he has power and he has stamina. And boxing's not about beauty.

Finally, the guy's got a real killer instinct. If he sees his man's hurt, he will finish him off.

His management seems positive, and he seems to respect his trainer. Hopefully they won't bring him along too fast. He needs a few more fights against better competition before we start comparing him to the Klits, but I think he would spark Haye.
