First and foremost, how many times have I stressed it was a joke, and not one aimed at sufferers of Downs Syndrome?!?

Anyone unable to grasp that is a. ******ed or b. a hypocrite. Why the latter I hear you ask? If anyone here is telling me they have never laughed at a joke which refers to someone of a minority (not necessarily race!) or someone with a disability/or of a facet of life which may seem 'taboo' as basis for a joke, is ****ing lieing.

Again, that picture was as a joke for those who are aware of Boxens work; to imply he may be a little bit stupid, which, I'm sorry to say, is easily told short hand with a picture of a 'disabled' person. I will add that on a few occasions I've asked for posters opinions on whether something is offensive or not before making a joke about it, obviously I was a bit short-sighted with this one.

Anyone and everyone with any semblance of a brain knows that it doesn't automatically mean that all downs sufferers are stupid! I don't believe that to be true myself, and I certainly don't think posting a picture reflects the views of a bigot. Is Prince Harry a Nazi sympathiser?

As to the matey who has only stirred into action once he feels he's being offended: grow up, this is a forum, far more controversial views are expressed every day by far less fair posters. If you don't like it, I would suggest that forums aren't for you. :good
