well, by openly I just meant from what he says you can infer that he will sign with TR

He said something like 'i won't fight khan because it would risk a mega fight with pacquiao'. From that I got that he would sign with top rank

He actually said he would "fall out of the pac/mayweather sweepstakes", but yeah, with Shaw issuing a cease & desist letter to Arum, and Cameron Dunkin who is Bradley's Manager (known to have some ties to Arum), it's clear Arum will make a move for him.

But the thing is, he signs with Top Rank for a fight that has no guarantee of taking place, as Pac could lose in his next fight ( a long shot, I know) and then we would get a 4th Marquez fight.

And, in the meantime, who would Bradley fight? Arum wont risk him against Khan, Guerrero, or Maidana. And even if Pac wins, he wont fight again until May 2012 at the earliest.

That could possibly mean 18 months on the shelf for Bradley. Who could Arum really build him up against?

Hmm. If pac loses do you think he would even to straight back for a 4th match? I think a tune would happen first.

But Bradley could always fight kotelnik (light hitting good fighter)?

tim bradley is chasing big money, he knows he has 0 chance vs floyd, atleast vs pac he has a small chance, toprank signing bradley would give them a representative for the 135/140 guys that are with gbp and a excellent chance for the two to work together again, I just hope to see khan vs bradley before he faces pac.

Kotelnik wont bring him any real money, certainly not more than Khan or Maidana.

Pac has a rematch clause for a 4th fight with Marquez should he lose, Arum stated this.

And even if Pac puts the rematch clause aside, and fights a tune up, it wont be against Bradley.

Bradley, even for a proposed Pac fight in May 2012, would need some fights (maybe 2) in between. And I really dont know if Arum is sincere about working with GBP fighters.

And if he is, then signing with GBP would put him in the Floyd/Khan/Pac race, with fights against Guerrero, Maidana, and possibly Judah as options for fights in between.

Also, GBP can help make him a draw on the west coast, as they are both based in CA.

On paper, GBP is the better option IMO.
