You're right. He fought better fighters than Froch in his prime, and beat them without much trouble. Roy would demolish Froch and stop him late, it wouldn't be competitive.

How ever bad Ward beats Froch times that by 5. if a miracle happens in the Ward fight than however bad Froch beats Ward times that by 20 and that is how bad RJJ dices up Froch.
