Hypothetically Froch stands no chance against everybody - he's been written off by clueless idiots on here since the Pascal fight. I remember back at the dirrel/froch stage of the SS and i came in here and fort tooth and nail in frochs corner and was just bombarded with a bunch of cross atlantic hate, rude comments and racism..i pointed out at the time that Ward was a cheat who was being protected by the Boxing establishment..all because he has a gold medal?.Promotion and money goes a long way in the sport in the event of whom the establishment thinks people will pay money to watch on PPV ect, ect. Well i think its pretty clear if you stand both fighters side by side along the SS you can see, clear as day that Ward has had easy win after easy win..all his own way..he should have never have gotten kesslers belt with all those head butts, elbows ect, he should have been DQ'ed. Since having the belt hes been babied through to the final..i wasn't that convinced in his Detroit bout but ill be fair to say he won..just. Now Frochs tale has been that of a totally uncloaked, un-protected fighter,some will say that the dirrel fight was a bit unfair, but not any uncloser than wards last bout, but other than that, he has been given the down side on every other fight in the SS and taken it, time after time. A true fighter. If theres any justice in the world, Froch deserves a Fair fight is all im saying, the Ref, whom ever is chosen must be under strict instructions to make sure that head butting does not take place..if you watch the ward kessler fight, its clear to see, Ward is intentional with his head 100% and the ref does nothing. Thats SOG's only hope in the fight..to get a good combo on..which we know, he is very good at, so, no head butting SOG and ill humble down if you KO our Carl. SOG aint no Mike tyson, all though thats the way mike won against alot of tall fighters until he got sus'ed out... lateral movment..fighting in box's. Carl could at least combat that by not falling back in a streight line, which he does do:think...but to think you can "rough up" the KING of roughing up, with out the aid of a bent Ref is BOLLOCKS!. Did you not see carl punchhis way of the ropes against Johnson?.
Like I´ve posted in another thread UD-Ward with Froch calling it a robbery, in which he did enough to win. Styles make fights-this one promises to be ugly/boring. Sad though, as the best chance of a unification fight afterwards is likely to be Bute in Montreal vs Ward in Oakland going at it via internet on a WII.
