    I think 11s gonna be hard to top pre 1980. Heres a list of active boxers, you rec kon any has the chance of topping it in the near future:

    Froch (5) - Glen Johnson, Arthur Abraham, Jean Pascal, Robin Reid, Jermain Taylor.

    Haye (5) - John Ruiz, Nicolay Valuev, Enzo Macaronelli, Jean Mark Mormeck, Giocobbe Fragomeni

    Khan (4) - Marcos Maidana, Andrey Kotelnik, Marco Antonio Barrera, Paulie Malignaggi

    Burns (1) - Roman Martinez

    Afolabi (1) - Enzo Macarenelli

    It would be interesting to compare the fighters in the fractured title era to see how many past/present/future LINEAR champions they've beaten.

    Lewis obviously beat Briggs, Tyson, Holyfield, Rahman :-(, any more? Vitali perhaps?

    Froch has beaten Taylor..... was Pascal really linear? AA was the best MW at one point but never linear.

    There were split titles back then as well and they don't tend to be as well documented on Boxrec as the modern belts are.

    Thats true ive often see that sometimes bouts that were listed for the title are removed and bbviously British version of the title etcetc still you would think there would be at least one that stood out :think

    Old timers (well pre 1980)

    It depends what you class as world title holder

    Berg could of won seven matches

    Lewis as many as eleven if you are counting potential Newspaper decisions...
