Manny just needs to make an official statement.Get it on paper and have a judge sign it.Come on the 6 pm news and say he agrees to any test.Then no one could ever support Floyd ever again if he doesn't respond to it immediately and return to negotiations.He would be seen as a coward in everyones eyes.Im a Pacquiao fan,and just wish he would do this.If he has,he didn't do it properly.It needs to be seen worldwide in prime time.
