Slavic people are dominant heavyweights for biological reasons. Basically, Slavs are stockier than other ethnic groups and races. Slavs have bigger, thick bones: stronger skeletal frames. Thus, a Slavic man's skull is thicker and sturdier than his opponent's. A Slavic man's fist is heavier than his opponent's. A Slavic man's pelvis and thigh bones are stronger than his opponent's. In the end, the Slav takes a better punch, hits harder, and is more bottom heavy (harder to knock down). Slavs thus dominate the HW division. End of story.
