Does anybody complain about Mayweather making Hatton move-up to fight him?

Floyd's size doesn't even matter in this. Why is he brought up? This is Hatton at 140 vs. how he looked at 147. THAT is what matters. I really cannot see how you guys keep trying to turn this into a "Floyd looked...." thread. Has nothing to do with that. Hatton simply wasn't as good at 147 as he was 140. You can keep running in circles, but that's the fact of the matter.

No, you shouldn't have catch weight fights for guys 1 weight class apart, and expect all fans to buy into it.

of course you can have a catchweight for certain situations, martinez vs cotto 157 or martinez vs ward 165 seem like fair catchweight fights.

Yes, the same Oscar that critics like yourself claimed was inactive and past it. Again, why are you ignoring Collazo's style and left handed stance and assessing why Hatton had problems with him?

The fact of the matter is, if you have a problem with the weight for this fight, then you pretty much have to be against any fight where a guy moves up in weight. You claim you would have no problem with Martinez fightng Floyd at 154, yet the size difference between those two is greater than the size difference between Mayweather and Hatton.

Funny you saying this cause this is an example of why i've said Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 is a mismatch in Pacquiao favor cause Marquez has shown that over 140 pounds, he's a slower, not the same fighter. Like you said "who gives a **** of who out weigh the other on fight night" <<<Only the fighter fighting at a weight class is what matters according to you. So you should be bashing Pacquiao for fighting Marquez at a 144 pound bs catchweight. Right?

Don't expect Lance to be fair when it comes to Mayweather. To him, and those like him, Mayweather should have moved down to 140 to fight Hatton, done it in England, and signed a contract stating that Floyd would stand in front of Hatton 2 out of 3 minutes in every round and not throw punches, while donating $10,000 for each round of the fight to a charity of Hatton's choosing.

 Oh great....now you are going to get into the act of telling me what I think or said. :patsch

And now you are telling what I am ignoring. My position is how Hatton looked physically, how he moved, and yes, how he fought.

:patsch And more of you telling me what I think. Can you please get this into your head. I am NOT making a generalization about boxing moving up in weight. THis is ONNLY about Hatton. Got that? Comprende?

 We're talking about hatton moron. And yeah, YOU are the expert on fair.

Look ****, I don't give a **** where they fought, or at what weight. What I am compaing is how Hatton looked at 140 vs. how he looked at 147.

WHy is that so hard for you ****s to comprehend? Not even talking about Mayweather. :patsch

Since Hatton called Floyd out, knowing that Floyd is the 147lb lineal champ, knowing that he did not do well at 147, what should Floyd have done?

If he didnt fight him, then you would say he was ducking.

I have actually barely spoken on that fight since it's so far away, other then saying JMM has a 25% chance to win.

Why should I bash Pac? He's not some racist ******* who beats women is he?

So it's ok for Pac to fight JMM at welter, but Floyd fighting Hatton at welter was somehow wrong?

it wasnt the weight that made hatton get hit with a left hook chargin in with his chin up in the air..... mayweather would have koed him either way. Man you haters are grasping at straws here lol.

I said critics like you. Keep up Lance.

How about who he fought against? In Mayweather's first fight at 135, he struggled against Castillo. By your logic that would've proved that he couldn't fight at 135 lbs. Somehow though, he's still fought in 3 higher divisions without losing.

Don't you comprehend how flawed your logic is? You cannot neccesaarily, properly judge a fighter's ability to fight a particular weight based on one fight. If Collazo was a face first club fighter like the guys Hatton was fighting at 140 lbs, then you would have a point. However, he was a good fighter who fought out of the southpaw stance.
