Klitschko - Haye betting odds only 2 to 1

Only 2 - 1 in favor of Dr K. I think it should be more like 50 - 1.

The only qualm I have is that I don't trust the thoroughly crooked boxing establishment, but I believe the Klitschkos are above any ****** business. Because they could make an enormous amount of money in a big super-hyped up revenge fight showdown between big brother Vitali and Haye. But if it's on the level, which it's gotta be - right? - then I think the odds should be much more than 2 -1. Hopefully the bookies don't know something that we don't know. But if I see the odds change more in favor of Haye right before the fight I'm going to get suspicious.

 

Odds changing radically right before fight time is always a heads up.

 

Don't read into it too much. A certain section of the british public will bet on the fighter they are rooting for if the british media has done an adequate job of hyping the fight. Something that non-brits might not realise (and some brits fail to comprehend) is that the casual media that knows **** all about boxing will have a huge influence on the casual bet placing sports fan.

 

I should add, the odds are not suprising when you look at odds in the Hatton Mayweather fight....apparently 90% of uk bets were on Hatton...

 

Do you recall what the odds were for that one?

 

I'm on my phone so research is slow, but i think mayweather was 7/4 on at one point.
