Um, I had Dirrell winning a close one. Probably depends on how you score a fight. Dirrell certainly had moments of brilliance in there where he outclassed Froch, unfortunately he didn't try to do it the whole fight.

To be honest i don't think it will be a good fight. Probably Froch will struggle to land something on Ward and Ward will try to avoid Froch's long jab and get inside. I see Ward winning an ugly 8-4 decision or something like that.

Yes I am well aware how boxing is scored guys, thank you for reminding me. You have to be completely ignorant to assume that a fighter's popularity, ranking, location, and expectations have nothing to do with a judges influence on the fight.

There's no real point even arguing this anymore. Was Dirrell the victim of a hometown decision and a corrupt referee? Of course he was - only a fool would deny that.Unfortunately,Dirrell has since disgraced himself and made a complete and utter mockery of the sport and no true fan of the sport of boxing has any respect or him at this point. He's a joker with absolutely no class whatsoever.A bum.A fairy.A disgrace to his race - the human race.

And regardless of the fact that he's an arrogant, delusional tool with no physical or technical ability,Carla Crotch hasn't really done anything to hurt the sport in the manner Dirrell did,so continuing to argue that Dirrell was robbed is just giving Dirrell the type of credit that he no longer deserves.

 I can't vote for either of those, brah. I don't think a fight like that can be a robbery. ...But, I did score it for Dirrell. :hey

Yes of course these things manage to influence the judges.

But should they do that? Of course not. A concerted effort should be made to put aside the above factors, and score the fight based on what they see before them.

I couldn't agree more, it is actually one of the factors that may push people away from boxing.

With that being said, it is much harder to be a judge than the typical Joe thinks. I know that when I go to live fights it is very hard not to be influenced by the crowd mentally no matter how hard I try. I know it is their job to do this, but it is a challenge for sure!

True. I have a hard enough time doing it on T.V, let alone ringside! The cheers of fans can be so influential.

Yea thats a nice clip to be posting, all the points in that fight when Dirrell had a good spell, and then leave out any bits where Froch done well! Really fair coverage, must have been a Dirrell win, 100% !

I personally thought it could have gone to Dirrell but posting a video clip with Dirrells moments of success and then saying the guy won the fight, I mean come on, you going to form an opinion, include the whole fight, not just cherry picking the bits that make your man look good!

Close fight but not a robbery.
