Our best ****stani athletes are playing cricket as they don't have to be punched for a living.

We had Jack Dempsey, Jake Lamotta and Marvin Hagler and Tommy Hearns. Those fighters are more fearsome than any fighter you guys have produced.

Why do so many boxing fans generalize evrything, I'm sure there are some fearsome British boxers as I'm sure there are some not se fearsome British boxers. Same as any country.

Boxing is a minority sport for practically every ethnic group so that's no excuse. By your logic the best English athletes are playing football, rugby, cricket, tennis etc

About the "there'd be no America" (USA surely?) part..

Weren't the British a little stretched at the time?

Prioritising a little spat with India maybe? Don't they tell you that bit in school, or doesn't that fit well into the US psyche?

Well we all know that American HW's are in the NFL otherwise they would dominate. English athletes are in rugby, football etc.

Fighters are fighters no matter where they come from. If they got the balls to go between the ropes and fight for our entertainment then they deserve our respect no matter where they are from.
