Cunningham is the best fighter in the Cruiserweight division and has taken on the best competition in the division. Huck was beyond lucky to get the decision against Lebedev.

If the two have a fight for the Ring Magazine title Cunningham will make Huck look like the crude fighter he is.

Solid post, Iceman. Cunningham's career and activity has been frustrating since the Huck fight, which should've been a real breakthrough for him. It's too bad we don't value the Cruiserweight division here...any U.S. Cruiser with talent almost has to relocate to Germany, pack on pounds to move up to Heavy, or slim down to 175 if they want a good, active career that'll get them paid well.

From a financial standpoint, he probably should've bulked up a few pounds and moved up after the Huck win. He'd have to be matched more carefully, but he could've made more and fought more.

As for Huck, I have to respect the disgruntled caveman's activity level and how he got right back in the ring after Cunningham took him apart. There's no better way to bounce back from a loss than to start winning fights and putting some distance between you and the L.

Cunningham would spank Huck yet again if they fought, Huck ain't on his level. The Adamek loss was insanely close and warranted a rematch and is a better effort than anything Huck has ever done.

Huck makes Huck look like the crude fighter he is, the last thing he needs is any help doing it. He makes Margarito's footwork look like a prima ballerina.

    LMAO. Post of the day.

Cunningham beats Huck anywhere and everywhere.

Huck hasn't improved (at least notably) since the fight, and is incredibly lucky he got the decision against Lebedev.

never said huck was a world beater...the post was done to show how one guy at least tries to better himself by staying active and actually fighting...steve cunningham is a another corey spinks...world of potential...but a world of no heart or a world of lazyines....

You're completely clueless. Cunningham left Don King, and setup shop in Europe precislely because he wasn't getting any fights. His inactivity has nothing to due with a lack of heart or inactivity. Cunningham has traveled all over the world beating the best in his division, yet you denigrate Cunningham while big upping a fighter that he already beat up and stopped.

You proved your point in my book man. I agree with you. :thumbsup I saw a similar thing happen with Adamek-Dawson after that fight where I don't think the winner capitalized off the fight as well as the loser did.

Steve has fought more frequently lately (at least by his standards lol) since he started campaigning in Germany again, hopefully he sticks to that.

ok...let me know who the best are...because as far i have witnessed in the last 6 years....he barley beat gullilermo jones, a guy fresh in the cruiserwweight divison from 168...won a spilt dec, beat kelvin davis who was 3-3 coming in, lost to the polish fighter and came back and won a majority dec in rematch, he did beat a young undefeated huck, who you claim sucks anyway....then loses to a blown up 175 pounder adamek :good...then winsa a dec over wayne braithwaithe...giving him his 4th loss in 6 fights :happy
takes off another year, fights troy ross who knocked him on his ass...and cunningham gets over and a bs tko cut that shoudlnt have even stopped the fight...takes off another 8 months to defend his " belt" against a guy who is 19-2 best of the best ...i see your point.....

I disagree I think his inactivity is almost solely to blame for his inctivity :deal
