0:05, there might of been an uppercut left hook there for Bogere with Frankie leaning in a bit

0:30, leading with the left uppercut whilst Gavin is rolling and slipping instead of putting the jab before it to stabilize the head-movement.

0:56, Bogere not getting his feet into position thus throwing from too far out, seems be a theme developing here.

1:01, Bogere shouldn't of pulled out so much after throwing the right to the body, that way he would of still been in range to land the right upstairs afterward, then he might of been able to follow up with the left hook when Gavin was holding his left low.

1:30 onward, Bogere waiting too long to get off first after using the feints.

1:58, stepping back out of range once he's got inside.

2:41, that's what you get when you dont put enough disguise on your jab and throw it from too far out. That weak stutter step wasn't gonna offset Gavin's timing for that counter left hand.

2:54, Bogere waiting too long, allowing Gavin to get off first on him to get himself out of a bad spot, then moving away.

3:00, another jab from out of range, didn't he learn his lesson from getting nailed with that counter left hand? Lucky for him Gavin didn't pull the trigger this time.

Bogere fights too flat footed, almost with too much weight on heels, which seems to make it more difficult to react (fast)

Gavin looked good, but Bogere :huh

Nice footage. Bogere looked a bit wild and wooly.

    Cheers for the vid gooners.

Were they coming up or down ?

    1st round, 3rd ? 2nd partner after 4 rounds etc ?

    Hard to gauge tbh.

Reckon Bogere was happy enough for Gavin to tee off, didnt seem in trouble blah de blah though he didint seem to use his height well, regardless of range.

    Anyways :good

They just looked a few levels apart unsurprisingly. Gavin had touches of class, rolling off, showing false lines of attack (which Bogere fell hook line and sinker for), little touches of magic. Whereas Bogere just looked a strong lad with limited ability.

No relation to Sharif Bogere is he? Both from Uganda and the same surname.

Gooners your insight and breakdown is yet again second to none. Really enjoy listening to what you have to say, you break down a fighters technical movements in a way i could only dream of doing :bbb:good

Pathmanc and Slap are friends if i'm not mistaken and if not anybody could see it was a joke. Shut the **** up will you.

Aside from that I was at Arnies this morning. Frankie and Byrne sparred 6 rounds. Good sparring, both looking sharp at this stage (3/4 weeks out respectively) and there was a great tempo and some good shots flying.

After that Ronnie Hefron sparred Craig watson......... Bloodshed :deal

I know he was videoing some stuff pal. He didnt turn up until the end of Frankie and Dean so I presume he'll have caught none of that one.

Watson and Heffron knocked the **** outta each other  Ronnie's a nasty ****er
