    But he never unified the WBU with the IBO and WBF belts, something that he will probably regret for a very long time...

    good fighter found wanting against the elite probably stayed at the wbu level and with graham for too long.

    Beating KT is about as good as it's got in the last decade for British fighters.

    His performance against PBF was pretty decent, I still think it is PBFs best win. Pac was a disaster, this figth really hurt his legacy, imagine if he was competitive for 5/6 rounds then was outclasses and KO'd late.......we'd all have a very different opinion of Hatton.

    As for best ever? I dont know enough about the older fighters to comment.

    The best in my lifetime? I would choose Eubank, Calzaghe or Hamed.

    in noway do i think he was the best british fighter ever but he did want to see how good he really was by fighting guys like mayweather and pacman - 2 of the very very best
