How long would it take (to train at boxing) and be able to defend yourself?

I'm guessing you're included in this keyboard warrior club seeing as you're throwing out more insults than everyone else?

Point is you're trying to resolve the situation without violence. Another thing is before calling the police, you speak to the workers/manager. If the guy approaches you or gets aggressive you're seperated to another room by the staff until the police show up. You think the workers/manager are going to let you get beat up and get their place smashed to pieces by some kids? But as usual you go straight for the violent approach instead of using your noggin. No surprise there.

What's your next issue with the advice I gave about phoning the police or leaving? The things you've said so far are very easy to overcome without violence if you use your brain for 2 seconds.

Everyone understands this, you keep repeating the same bull**** claiming this is what people think when it isn't.

Self defence is very broad. Avoiding a fight IS self defence. It doesn't always come down to violence. Get that into your head for ****s sake.

 

It's funny to call someone a keyboard warrior when they're counseling you to avoid fights. These guys who think you reacted correctly are wrong. They're probably saying you did what they would do. Difference is that they aren't pussies like you, so they can do what they please.

When I 'leave my parents' basement,' I don't do it to go bro out in a pizza joint with my boys. I tend to frequent establishments that serve alcohol (ie places you aren't old enough to go).

This means a few things. 1. I may have a drinking problem. 2. There's a lot higher likelihood of violence happening.

****'s sake, child. It's a pizza place. People don't fight in pizza places. When they do, it's funny and everyone laughs at them.

Primate gave the same advice as everyone else. He just gave it level-headedly without getting personal. Some of us couldn't resist. He's a better man than us. You're still wrong and stupid.

Firstly, it's my right and duty as a full-grown man to think I can kick anyone's ass until proven otherwise. This confidence in my abilities (even though I most certainly can't kick everyone's ass) leads to me not fighting at every turn, because I don't have to. I have nothing to prove to myself or anyone else by throwing punches over nothing. Most of us on here rarely if ever get into fights, because we don't wonder if we can kick a guy's ass. We 'know' we can. This is a tough concept for someone to grasp if they aren't a fighter. When you can fight, you no longer have to.

Second, I am not fat, nor is my face :nono. There is video of me on the forum.

Third, I'm 6'0 (taller than you) 175, and I know how to fight. You came on here to tell us all that you can't fight very well at all. Maybe all these homophobic thugs beating you down are all secretly highly-trained, but my guess is they aren't (see my first point). So you're getting beaten up by guys who are drunk and not trained fighters. Forgive me for assuming that I'd probably have my way with you.

Fourth, the point was not that we can kick your ass. It's that your attitude and demeanor would cause us to want to. I'm fairly certain that if we were having this conversation in person you would have thrown a drink at me by now because I've left you with no alternative.

Guy asks for advice on boxing for self defence. I tell him boxing is a sport, not self defence and that he should go to self defence classes like Krav maga. Guy says my advice makes no sense and I'm an idiot for giving such stupid "nonsensical" advice. Everyone gives the same advice (self defence classes, avoid fights etc etc) or insults the guy for being so ******ed. Guy starts going on a gay rant, telling us all what him and his gay lover do in the mall. Insults, insults, insults. Guy gives stupid thing comparing his situation to Isreal. Everyone is stunned by the guys stupidity. People enter the thread confused as to what's going on.
