I had trouble believing Haye could do it as much as most people, but I suddenly saw what he meant in that face off. The way Wlad's face turned into stone cold anger, the way he responded to the questions, I ****ing knew that David has it. He knows exactly what he's doing and it isn't the case of talking the talk, he genuinely believes he can beat that guy, and I must agree. I think Wlad's getting knocked the **** out, I don't know what it is, it was just the way he looked. As if he really hasn't got over it and that when he's hit with a shot, it's over.

However, from Haye's body language over the "why did you pull out" question, it's blatantly obvious that he wasn't injured, and the more likely scenario of the Sentanta bust was the reason he pulled out, if not maybe he didn't like the deal after all. But anyone who's like "hurr durr he's ducking him" is silly, considering he's fighting him again, and it's not a case of "The Klitschko's have finally got him", it's that the Klitschko's finally took it serious enough to strike the deal.

I definitely saw something in Wlad that Haye no doubt sees in that face off. It was an absolutely amazing episode, and I simply can't wait for the fight.

    Incoming Pizzaface avatars.

Haye doesn't seem scare but I feel he just woke up a sleeping giant and Haye will get KO in this fight.

Yeah. I'm still on the fence on this deal. I have really enjoyed watchin' both Wlad (or anybody else named Klitschko) and David Haye fight, and wouldn't miss watchin' either one.

I do believe that David Haye has succeeded in pissing off Wladimir Klitschko. That COULD be a good plan, as it is seemingly not Wlad's normal, you know? However that plan could just as easy back fire like a sum' ***** too.:yep

I agree with this post to a big extent.

    I don't think Wlad's getting KO'd though. I'd still favour him 60-40.

And I think that Haye pulled out because he genuinely realised that he's not ready but he doesn't feel that way anymore. He's NOT NEARLY as confident as he makes it out to be, he probably PRAYS at night for the win, but he knows it's as good moment for him as it will ever get so he takes his chances.

He's been uncharacteristically quiet in the 6 weeks since that's been filmed on the press tours. Steward said that Vlad has a fire lit in him that he hasn't had before...
I like Haye, I like his style, but I also think he's getting knocked out in 2 weeks.
I think he's backed himself into a corner though and he will come to fight. Should be a good fight as long as it lasts.

The pre fight talk has no bearing on this fight.

Haye had me fooled until he put that fake smile across his face to try and hide his nerves for the second half of the face off.

Klitschko will KO Haye late. I actually think the first half of the fight might be quite competitive. But Klitschko will emerge clear winner IMO.

I don't mind Haye pulling out of the first fight. He was signed to a deal where he guaranteed no money for three fights. Haye could have had all the titles, been undisputed, lineal and The Ring magazine world champion and competing in huge fights, yet was being paid, literally, £0.

There wasn't anything in his contract that said he got paid by anyone other than Setanta so unless he found another TV deal which was likely but not certain, he could have beaten Wlad, beaten him again and then beat Vitali in three huge fights yet not been given anything at all.

It's too dangerous a sport to expect guys to do that. It was a shame he pulled out, yes, but anyone who blames him is a hater.

My favourite part was when Haye got asked why he didn't like Wlad and Haye responded "because he clearly a dick head!"

That was an awfully technical reply. :yep

Haye won the face off with Wlad being a complete NO SHOW.

Man, that Klit has the personality of a Jellyfish.

He not only failed miserably to contain his emotions, but in that lame attempt to intimidate Haye, he himself looked so afriad I thought he was about to either cry or **** his pants.

Haye KO 2....and good riddance to the robots currently holding the HW belts hostage.
