Did anyone else see what Haye sees in that face-off?

I thought so too at times. Really long uncomfortable silences in there.

You could cu the atmosphere with a knife, wlad ****ing wants to kill him, hopefully that works against him and he gets sparked out.

Regardless of who wins i see this ending around 8th round

I think Wlad REALLY does. Like not want to beat David up, but reach over and rip his got damn face off.

It appeared to me as if Wlad is almost holding back RAGE....like for real. He behaving the same way you would in court (ie...in the same room with someone that did you wrong and you would literally kill, but have to behave or get arrested yourself kind of ****).

I just haven't decided if this is good or bad for Wlad, and Wlad's "effects" are gonna decide whether its good or bad for Haye.:!:

If anyone is out of their comfort zone it is Wlad. Haye has always chosen to promote the fight in this manner and it is clear that he has gotten under Wladimir's skin. Wlad will no doubt be upset that he let Haye get to him, and moreover that Haye saw the affect his trash-talking had. I think Wladimir is completely thrown by the concept that he is not in control of proceedings, and Haye's refusal to abide by his rules has placed him in a position he has never been in before.

Forget the idea that a raging Wlad spells disaster for Haye and that he may have woken a sleeping monster. Freddie Roach, among others, has said that whilst Wladimir is the dominant force at heavyweight, he is weak minded and lacks confidence. Regardless of his recent record those demons are always going to stay with him and I think Haye is gradually working away at that subconscious and bringing those to the fore. Notice as well how Wladimir completely ignored Haye's insistance that he was getting knocked out- he didn't even retort OR acknowledge what Haye was saying. Haye mocked him (saying he was going to be "crawling round on the floor") and Wlad didn't stand up for himself. That is the sign of an under-confident man- I think Haye may be stirring some uncomfortable memories.

If Wlad comes out wanting to kill Haye he will fall. Simple as. Haye has too many advantages in terms of speed and power for Wlad to come out swinging. It would be like Floyd Mayweather trying to come out and take Pacquiao out in a firefight. It would mean him abandoning all of his advantages and playing into his opponent's strengths. I think what Haye has done is plant the seed of doubt and Wlad will turn up on fight night without the calm, control and assurance he has done before. His head will be a thundercloud whilst Haye will go in knowing EXACTLY what he needs to do.

Whilst Wladimir is rightly the favourite, I have a feeling he is going to go on 2 July. There have been rumours that his training camp hasn't been great, Haye on the other hand is alleged to be punching murderously in sparring. Either way it should be a belter!

He is holding back something, (most likely his fists) :rofl I wonder if they got security on set because Im surprised wlad didnt throttle him over the measly table.

Come fight night i think wlad will hav a possesed look on his face and this will go along side his actions, he will be very agressive at some point in this fight beecause at some point his emotion and memories of the build up will have to be let out.

Too many advantages in terms of speed and power for Wlad to come out swinging?? Sorry but Haye doesn't hit as hard a Wladimir and isn't as accurate either. If an all out slug fest happened Wladimir would have an edge with his longer reach, range, power, and lets face it ...better chin. Those shots that have dropped Haye in the past I don't believe would have dropped Wladimir.

And these rumors you're hearing are interesting. Any sources? Because I heard from a poster on here that happens to be in Wladimirs camp, that he's been "murdering" his sparring partners and other reports from diffrent people that Wladimir is VERY sharp. I also been reading that green as grass Helenius "did surprisingly well" with Haye in sparring from a from a Finland newspaper. Oh and for the record ...Freddie Roach favors Wladimir to win this fight :good
