You know, Foreman looked like a massive guy but he only weighed in against Ali at 219 or something like that!
Have you ever meet the guy? Seen him in person? Trust me - don't go by the weights - these guys were physical freaks of nature - I met Ali and the guy was the size of a barn door - it's not until you meet them that you realise how massive these heavyweights really are - their hands are like the length of my forearms - their wrists are like my calves - I've never really seen or met anyone with the physical dimensions that Ali had - trust me Foreman was just as massive as he looks and then some - how he ever got down to 15 stone 10ish is beyond me - same goes for Ali getting down to 213 or whatever
When I met George Chuvalo the first thing that stuck out to me was that he had no wrists. It went from huge biceps, to huge foremans, then right to his huge, meaty hands. There was hardly any tapering between the forearm closer to the elbow than there was with the forearm closer to the palms of his hands. Even though he's in his 70s, he is still easily amongst the top 3 strongest looking (and strongest period) people I've met in my life.
