Why not just powerful? You think in 2011 wealthy elite black people don't get similar perks?

It's ridiculous how you people can sit and wonder why a boxer isn't so good with his money...

If you got punched in the ****ing face for a living by the hardest punchers on the planet, you wouldn't have much room in that brain of yours for an acoountant degree either.

There is a big difference in wealth and power.

And black sports stars in particular...

Nevermind. This thread is about to take a turn for the worse if I continue.

well its slightly different with him. he hasn't got the talent or record of frazier and the fact he has dementia and has the ugliest mug in america means life was always gonna be tough for him. but still its another example of his lack of marketability leading to him being completely forgotten.

Ii seem to remember that when I moved to this area back in 94, Frazier was in some kind of legal fight involving real estate - maybe many acres. Some athletes get the kind of money where they can play big business but they don't have the skills. I just saw one program on ex NFL players - recent ones - that squander tens of millions as fast as they earn it.

yeah fraziers not the only one. especially in boxing. theres been many fighters who have fallen into trouble after there career is over. i just think in his case with his record and name he should be treated a little better.
