I saw this video before a kirkland fight on hbo before he went to jail they played this realsports right before the fight and I saw how kirkland was a beast he just got hit alot but man was he in shape them punches where bouncing off him i still think him and Perro is a excellent fight
I'm not saying that what she does and the way she does it is useless, I'm saying there's a lot of wasted motion and it seems to me she's more fixated on the process than the result. There are better and more efficient ways to get in shape. Plus, any good fighter she has is just going to leave her as soon as he gets big enough to be wanted by another trainer. Who wants to go thru that kind of bull**** every day? I don't think you CAN go thru that kind of bull**** throughout an entire career. Even in the military, they know you can't deal with basic training for more than 8 weeks or so.
She would easily take Laila out, but p4p I think Lucia Ryker would take her. Or any other woman on earth, for that matter.
She hasn't been training long enough yet to be on that level. roach wasn't just automatically a good trainer. He had to develop with some hit and misses too.
Exactly what I was thinking whilst watching those vids. Full respect to her for trying to help out kids, but if I were a prospect with a bright future, I sure as hell wouldn't waste my time with her training techniques.
