At the start of round three, he'll refuse to come out, citing a bad case of athlete's foot.

Don't do it. I have won and lost these bets on here before. Never again will I make one. Why would you want the fans of the other fighter to leave for a month after the fight? Not only does it let them off the hook, but it also makes it a lot less fun to come back on here and brag. Back when I used to do it... we AT LEAST did a 3 day grace period directly after the fight so that the winners could rub it in and listen to the losers make excuses and cry.
