They did mention that in the article, and the injury was legit (he showed it in one of the Mayweather after dark vids at the same site).

It also details how a Judge officially stated that Team Pac and Arum lied about what happened in the mediation (and it's backed up with links to confirm).

You would ignore reading articles too if you knew how hard it is learning most of your English skills behind the internet at your local internet cafe.

it's biased and spinning the truth. For example, a few days after Pac weighed in at 138lbs and then destroyed Hatton at jrWW, Roach says about a Floyd fight "At the right weight? No problem."

What does it say in the OP? "At the right weight?
    This content is protected
    No problem."

Now, did Roach actually say 140? Or is that just bull****. We know that Roach told Shane that Pac could fight him at 143 (video on youtube). And that Pac fought Cotto at 145 in November.

But why does the first post say 140 in parentheses when quoting Roach? Did Roach actually say that? If he did then why is it in parentheses?

This is just the kind of logical critical thinking that *****s are unable of because everytime some negative bull**** about Pac is said they start foaming at the mouth like rabid dogs.

Roach clearly says in that quote that a catchweight is a possibility, but in the OP he makes it look like Roach only wants the fight at 140.

So if Pacquiao weighed in at 138, and Mayweather was supposedly willing to fight Marquez at 144, and Roach says a catchweight is a possibility...

then that doesn't sound like they are avoiding the fight at all.

Also, what is missing in the author's timeline is all the times that Pac's camp went on record saying they were willing to fight Floyd. The guy is just picking and choosing quotes that will make Pac look bad and Floyd look good.

Bob Arum was quoted as saying the fight would be at 140, or maybe a catchweight fight, but no 147.

There are articles that back this up listed on the timeline.

We know that team Pac eventually agreed to 147, and that is also detailed in the timeline.

So, what are you upset about?:huh

The guy is just picking and choosing quotes that will make Pac look bad and Floyd look good. You idiots want to act like it shows Pac avoided FLoyd. It's stupid.

I'm not upset. Just pointing out the holes in a biased post full of spin is not "being upset."

If you look at the OP, it quotes ""At the right weight?
    This content is protected
No problem." It's just spinning the quote to make it look like Pac would only fight Floyd at 140. When in fact he would have fought him at a catchweight. Which is totally normal since he had just fought at 138lbs.

So it's just shows how the OP is bull****.

It totally ignores the part that says a catchweight is a possibility

Did you read the actual timeline? it shows what went down with the 1st negotitations, and will detail the 2nd negotiations in pt. 2, which they are working on right now.

Never mind what the OP wrote, read the actual timeline. Freddie Raoch is quoted as saying that Manny should not fight Floyd at 147, right after the Hatton fight, and that 140 is his best weight.

This is confirmed by links to articles provided on the timeline.

They eventually changed their position after the Cotto fight, which is also detailed, and accepted 147 with a penalty for Mayweather for coming in over that weight.

Dude, you should really just read it, and stop getting upset about something the OP wrote. The timeline details exactly what was said, and in the end, we know they accepted 147 and Floyd accepted the penalty.

    READ THE ARTICLE!:deal

The truth, sometimes it hurts. My younger cousin is a Pacquiao fan. We were going back and forth about the fight this weekend. I mentioned how Pacquiao asked for a $10M per lb. weight penalty and he didn't believe me. He said that the figure was ridiculous and that someome made it up. There's been so many lies and misrepresentations throughout this whole process. Team Pacquiao has continued to lie, and put up barriers in regards to making this fight, and a lot of people don't know about it.
