Many top elite fighters out there such as Mosley, Ortiz, Cotto, Donaire and Martinez are more than happy to show the world that they are clean fighters. Pacquiao's handling of the situation is the only thing tarnishing his legacy. Hence if Mayweather asked ANYBODY else to take the tests, they would have simply took the tests.

If Pacquiao would have proposed to any other fighter random blood testing up to a cutoff date, with random urine testing any time, and a blood and urine test right after the fight... they would simply have accepted.

In fact, they would have accepted a lot less.

But what about the fighters who have accepted random blood and urine testing ANYTIME? Are they wrong for doing so?

withdrawing blood up to the fight is unreasonable.

I've only saw Pac agree on Good Morning America and a random youtube clip that nobody can say where it originated from. Can you please provide links to Pac stating it on another occasion?

About Koncz and negotiating for Manny. :think

    http://www.aolnews.com/2011/02/14/manny-pacquiaos-adviser-im-not-a-crook/

''''How would you characterize your role?

I'm Manny's adviser. I never said that I was his manager. I advise him on a lot of things. Some times it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's a lot about boxing, but very little about politics.

I don't get involved in politics so heavily, although, if he asks my opinion, then I'll give it. I handle a lot of the finances, in fact, all of the finances for him.

I do all of the negotiating and handle all of the contracts around the boxing. I'm the one who gets kicked to the curb, so I guess that I'm his 'No man' also. ''''

Please provide the link that states Mayweather requested 100 million dollars for 1 fight with Pacquiao killing any chances of a fight. I'll wait.

    I believe second negotiation happened..
    Team Pac - We'll do 7 days
Team Floyd - We'll see if 7 days works for Floyd
Floyd Mayweather Jr. - I said no cutoff or no fight after Shane and I did it without an issue for ANY future fights of mines.
    Team Pac - We'll do 7 days
    End of negotiations...

So what should we dwell on now in regards to them not fighting?

If Pac is willing to go thru all the testing (as he stated on sum utube vid?) then why not take the test's against JMM ? That would clean all the doubts ppl are having and truly show that the testing aint no problem here ?

:patsch It was pointless because you were asking about a penalty on a fight that is not even happening.
