Exactly. These *******s would get turned down by a chick at the club and then follow her all night talking about, "We're still in negotiations!"

You said that since the JMM/Floyd fight was in sept, that it was unreasonable to think Floyd would pay JMM step aside money, and have the fight in Sept against Pac.

I then said that if JMM stepped aside, they could have had the fight in Nov/Dec.

You said they had the September date, and that was your final response.

I asked you what precluded them from moving the fight to Nov/Dec, and then you started bitching because you know you have nothing to say with any merit. :good

If such is the case, then why didn't they ask for the same OSDT when Mayweather was to fight Dela Hoya. Oscar's accomplishments are comparatively equal to that of Pacquiao. He is a 6 division world champion and better yet an aged fighter who is more likely to use PED to maintain his strength and abilities. So home come they didn't? Because they didn't have leverage?

I am not against better drug testing nor disagree against a boxer asking for additional drug test as long as it is warranted and there is a valid reason for it.

For 40 fights, Mayweather accepted, conformed, abided, undegone and never questioned the effectiveness of the drug test sanctioned by the various boxing association/commisions, in particular that of the NSAC. Yet come time to negotiate a fight with Pacquiao, he asked for OSDT for the first time?

For me, that's the fact this timeline article forgot to include and explain.

According to Mayweather, he just wants to clean the sport. But he took a vacation and lost his urge. Are those the actions of someone who is true and dedicated to his mission?

Cause and effect, xizor. All this timeline narration trying to prove who did what when and who said what, means nothing. In a manner of speaking, they are all after the fact. The most important question is who started it all? It's not who refused nor who didn't compromised nor who walked out. But it's who put a demand in the negotiation table that ultimately caused the fight from happening.

It's alright to ask and negotiate for something you prefer. But if you really want the fight from happening, then drop all your demands and tell the other party, "Let's get it on with the fight and let the whole world know who the better man is."

 And you asked about a penalty dumb****. And as stated, was pointless. I sure as hell wasn't bitching, since I have nothing to ***** about. You just aren't very intelligent. More of a rube. You get distraqcted easily, as this thread shows, and try to focus on stupid, pointless ****.

So, again, the question is, what would have precluded them from paying JMM to step aside, and setting the fight for Nov/Dec?

So Floyd needs to drop all his demands, but Pac should keep his?

Why do you guys keep saying that Floyd never asked any of his previous opponents for drug testing. Why does that matter? Maybe he just came up with the idea then. What if he decided to have his opponents do it in his 9th fight?
Who you guys say he never asked his previous 8 opponents to do it?

That doesn't make sense to me. What does matter is that he's making all of his future opponents take the test. If Mosley and Ortiz didn't take it then that'd be a problem, but who cares that his previous opponents didn't.

If Floyd wanted to fight on November, he'd have signed to fight in November. They had already postponed the fight once TO September remember? Did you even know that? Flyd's so called 'rib' injury moved the fight to September. Did you forget that? So, go ahead and keep making a big deal outta nothing. It's what you are good at.
