Victor Ortiz - Upset of undefeated champion Andre Berto, in one of the most dramatic displays of heart and desire of the year

Shane Mosley - Dominating upset KO victory over Antonio Margarito

Juan Manuel Marquez - KO victory over Juan Diaz

Ricky Hatton - Dominating KO victory over Jose Luis Castillo

Oscar de la Hoya - Dominating KO victory over Ricardo Mayorga

Carlos Baldomir - Stunning upset victory over lineal champion Zab Judah in Judah's hometown

April 4th, 2006 last time Mayweather fought a fighter coming off a poor performance.

Is there any boxer today thats made a similar run?

Mayweather is a legend and a true ambassador for are sport. If every top boxer was like him, boxing would be more popular than baseball in America

seems to be that coming off a sensational victory is overrated. Just last weekend you had Litzau coming off the biggest victory of his career get KTFO in 1 round. Margo off the biggest victory in his career got destroyed by Mosley.

    Etc etc etc

Mosley lost to Cotto and then knocks out Mayorga and Margarito back to back. Kessler loses to Ward and beats Froch in his next fight. Morales loses to Barrera and then beats Pac in his next fight.

Maybe, just maybe, it doesn't make a difference if a fighter is coming off a loss or a win, he just is who he is. Maybe he can have ups and downs and it doesn't mean he is **** or a god all of a sudden.

Maybe judging a fighter off 1 or 2 performances is stupid as ****.

There's logic here. A fighter coming off a victory can become complacent, a fighter coming off a loss could be more hungry.

You forgot Mosley and Oscar. That makes Floyds welterweight and junior middleweight resume.

    1. Mosley
    2. Oscar
    3. Ortiz(BIG IF)
    4. Hatton
    5. JMM
    6. Carlos Baldomir
    7. Zab Judah

    3 fighters on the P4P top 10
    2 lineal Weltereweight champions
1 THE welterweight champion of the world i.e beat the MAN. ( Shane Mosley)

Not too shabby. Mayweather started his career at superfeatherweight.

    Pacquiao.

Marquez coming off a win over a mexican bum that has beat no one of recognition....
Mosley after losing to Mayweather and a draw vs Mora.
Margarito after being banned from the sport and beating some other mexican by pretending to be a matador.
    Clottey after losing to Cotto.
