Actually it was reported, they filed the appeal too late, and his Lawyers are basically trying to cover his ass. It doesn't work like that. You can't have a pending document over turn a Judges court order to appear. The timeline is like this Friday, Floyd's request to postpone was denied and he was order to appear on Monday. That means the Lawyer would have had to schedule a meeting with the Judge and file the Appeal before the deposition. This is not possible in any court, unless the Lawyer already had a prior meeting arranged with the Judge, and was pre-paired for the Appeal, which is highly unlikely.

Actually if you ever listened to Pacquaio and his reasons you would understand that his purpose is to stop the BS and get Floyd in the Ring.

    You idiot, PAY FUKING ATTENTION!

IF YOU LISTEN TO WHAT PACQUIAO SAYS, THE LAWSUIT IS TO SHUT FLOYD UP AND GET HIM TO FIGHT IN THE RING.

Pacquiao doesn't have a problem with taking tests and takes them every time he fights and even has taken them in non-competition times.
