location? didn't floyd say he won't fight anywhere else but las vegas (coincidentially where xylocaine is legal to use)? $, was it floyd who is demanding more than 50-50 or some different figures like $100M for a fight?

did floyd took off with a vacation when the negotiation was almost near to be settled according to greenburg?

are they fighting for an olympic medal :huh
profesional boxing has its own test right? so why use osdt?

and a post fight blood test would be enough to detect if he used any illegal substance xD

His appeal was already denied by the court and still Floyd did not show up in court.

Actually, his request to postpone was denied, not his appeal on that denial.

This is from Pac's attorney (Daniel Petrocelli): "There has been no ruling on the appeal, and we will pursue all rememdies against Mr. Mayweather, including a default." The article also says that a reschedule for the deposition will likely occur.

So basically, his attorney's are going for default; but the likely scenario is that the depo will be rescheduled. If he misses again, he'll probably lose by default.

Makes sense... Floyd knows he's not winning a trial....so instead of losing in court, over a long process that can add up in legal bills, he might as well "default", Pay PAC for defamation, avoid having to publicly apologize and avoid the hefty legal bills he would have had if he tried to fight a losing battle.

Floyd doesn't seem to want to get anywhere NEAR PAC....even if the gloves are off.

The other issue the Judge has to consider is Floyd's refusal to follow the court order to appear. Floyd's Lawyers can try to mind fuk the Judge with a pending appeal to duck the order, but typically Judges just slap your ass when you attempt that ****.

Most probable scenario. Floyd losing the lawsuit by default and paying huge amount in damages in tens of millions. :D

Contempt of court? Punishable by fine or imprisonment or both. :D

Floyd could be training for Ortiz inside the prison house. :-D

You guys need to be real - that will not happen. At most he will get fined. It all boils down to politics/economics; the State of Nevada stands to make a lot more money with Mayweather fighting in Sept.
